These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to ATMA at https://atma10.com, including the practitioner workspace and the Zoom integration (“Service”). The Service is operated by Bogdan Martsun, an individual (natural person), not a registered company, established in Montenegro.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Nature of the Service
ATMA AI is a professional support tool for therapists and mental-health practitioners. It is not a medical device, emergency service, diagnostic tool, treatment provider, or substitute for professional judgment, clinical supervision, or applicable professional standards.
You are responsible for all decisions made in connection with your professional practice and for obtaining any notices, permissions, and consents required from clients or meeting participants before using transcription, recording, AI drafts, or other ATMA features in connection with a session.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Practitioners access staff areas after authorization by ATMA. Clients use a separate account area. You must not share a practitioner login or allow others to connect their Zoom account through your ATMA user.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts, sessions, or Zoom authorizations.
- Do not upload or process personal, confidential, health, or client information unless you have a valid legal basis and have complied with confidentiality, data-protection, and professional-conduct duties.
- Do not use the Service to diagnose, treat, or claim guaranteed therapeutic outcomes.
- Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- Do not use Zoom data obtained through ATMA for advertising or unrelated marketing.
AI-generated outputs
AI-generated outputs are optional draft material only. You must review all outputs. You remain solely responsible for whether and how you use them. ATMA does not make autonomous clinical decisions.
Zoom Integration
ATMA AI allows authorized practitioners to connect their own Zoom accounts through Zoom OAuth. Meetings used with ATMA features are created from the practitioner’s Zoom account. When the practitioner enables listening / transcription, ATMA receives live audio through Zoom RTMS and may fetch a cloud recording if that Zoom feature is enabled. The practitioner may disconnect the Zoom integration at any time through ATMA Settings → Integrations → Zoom or revoke access through their Zoom account. ATMA does not control Zoom’s services, availability, or policies.
The practitioner is responsible for obtaining any required client notices and consents before using ATMA AI in connection with client sessions, including recording and transcription.
Instructions: Zoom Integration Guide.
Payments
Paid products (for example a book, a session seat, or a game seat) are charged through the payment provider shown at checkout. Prices and access rules are described on the relevant pages. ATMA is not liable for payment-provider outages outside our reasonable control.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We will try to avoid unreasonable disruption to active practitioners. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATMA and Bogdan Martsun are not liable for professional outcomes, decisions you make with clients, Zoom outages, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Montenegro or other mandatory law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
